The Abu Dhabi City Municipality, ADM, has held a training course entitled ‘Traffic Safety Engineering’, with the aim of enhancing the qualifications and efficiency of traffic safety specialists.

The course was attended by staffs from strategic partners; Department of Urban Planning and Municipalities, Al Ain and Dhafra Municipalities, Abu Dhabi Police, Abu Dhabi General Services Company, Musanada, and the Department of Transport.

The workshop tackled the international practices of traffic safety and how to implement them in Abu Dhabi. It also examined the causes of collisions and means of preventing or controlling them.
