Noura bint Mohammed Al Kaabi, Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development, congratulated the Abu Dhabi Police General Command on the 60th anniversary of its establishment.
Al Kaabi went on to say that Abu Dhabi Police has contributed to establishing security and stability in the emirate, enjoyed by all segments of the local community. She added that the Abu Dhabi Police is not only a police force that is responsible for ordinary police duties, but it also plays a vital role in showcasing Abu Dhabi as an international destination for all relevant security and community authorities. This is highlighted by the signing of many agreements and partnerships and the hosting of forums to encourage the exchange of knowledge and the adoption of the best international security practices, she explained.
The Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development also praised the launch of the Abu Dhabi Police 2057 Plan, to promote the adoption of the highest security standards in an innovative way, which complies with the emirate’s goals.
The directives of the wise leadership, led by President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and the monitoring of H.H. Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, have had a significant impact on developing the performance and enhancing the effective practices of the Abu Dhabi Police, enabling the emirate to lead in many regional and international security indexes, Al Kaabi concluded.
