An earthquake measuring 5.3 on the Richter scale jolted 41km N of Mandali, Iraq at 2013 Nov.24 1803 GMT on Sunday , the U.S. Geological Survey said. The epicenter, with a depth of 10.23 km, was initially determined to be at 34.1268 degrees north latitude and 45.5897 degrees east longtitude.
