An earthquake with magnitude 3.8 on the Richter scale has been recorded last night at 20:42 in the Algerian M'Sila Province, announced the Centre for Research in Astronomy, Astrophysics and Geophysics (CRAAG). The epicenter of the quake was located 11 km southeast of the province, it said.
