As many as 230 fugitives were arrested Sunday in the Nile-Delta governorate of Gharbiya.
In a crackdown, security forces also managed to seize five firearms and 18 cold steels.
Also, five persons with criminal records and two suspects were arrested.
The crackdown was meant to restore security in the province's streets.
