Overlooking the Adriatic Sea, as well as a beautiful mountain setting, one could say Villa in Stoliv in Montenegro is a privileged retreat. The surprising looking project was imagined by Enforma Studio in the shape of a “seashell”, opening up towards the magnificent views. Radial stone walls were the basis of the design, with generous glass additions contributing to the subtle mix of inner and outer space. The bottom level accommodates a garage with two parking places, tool shed, laundry room, gym and winery. Next up, at the ground floor, guests are greeted by a Spa with sauna, wardrobe and shower, connected to the swimming pool. A guest apartment with independent entrance and the main living room can also be found here. The upper level accommodates two bedrooms, a separate bathroom, plus one master bedroom with its own wardrobe and bathroom. Large terraces make for perfect contemplation spots. Source: Freshome
