Louise Thompson is a busy girl. In the past month she has designed two clothing lines for online fashion chain Goddiva and filmed the fourth series of Made in Chelsea at the same time as studying for her final year exams at Edinburgh University. But it seems there is just no stopping the pint-sized brunette who is now launching her own jeans line, Pocket London. Along with her her university friend Edward Page, the 22-year-old has created the line from scratch and even models them herself teaming them with heels and big hair and little else. \"We have looked to make a staple jean that can be worn every day. The the jeans logo is more visual than most, being a contrasting pocket. Most jeans may have a label on the back but people will know if someone is wearing Pocket jeans just from first sighting. So we have aimed to create a staple product with a statement as it were,\" she said. The design duo met on holiday in 2007 and came up with the idea over lunch. \"Edward had the idea a while back but as we had university commitments we didn’t act on it. Then around Christmas time last year we realised that there was more than enough free time up in Edinburgh to be getting on with a project outside of university work.\"
