Fashion label Dior Homme has announced the launch of its demi-couture service at the 57th Street flagship in New York. Launching February 18, this is the first time the made-to-measure service has been offered in the US. Clients are invited to try on basic models from the suit and shirt silhouettes, and an on-site tailor will take measurements. The suit and shirt will arrive back in store within five to eight weeks for a second fitting; the final garment will be delivered one week later. Over 200 suit fabrics and 160 shirt fabrics, pre-selected by the label's Creative Director Kris Van Assche, are available. Additionally, Dior Homme has plans to open a men's store in Hawaii for 2014. www.diorhomme.com
