The British spy drama "Spooks," which airs as "MI-5" in the United States, is to wrap up this fall at the end of the current 10th season, the BBC said. "We've followed the arc of their personal story and I think they've brought us to a natural end," said Jane Featherstone, chief executive of Kudos Film & Television, the company that created the drama. "Harry Pearce, played by the wonderful Peter Firth, has always been at the heart of the show, and this [season] focuses on Harry's past, bringing his tumultuous relationship with Ruth [played by Nicola Walker] to a head." "I hope fans will tune in this September to see what promises to be a fittingly high-octane, thrilling finale," added Ben Stephenson, controller at BBC Drama Commissioning. Previous cast members of the show include Rupert Penry-Jones, Matthew Macfadyen and Richard Armitage.
