Kuwaiti actress Almas is a new face introduced as a new talent in the serial “Layla 3,” the first Gulf romantic serial airing on Abu Dhabi channel during Ramadan. Other stars in this serial are Bahraini actress Hayfa Hussein and actor Ibrahim Al-Zidjali. Almas is playing the role of Hasna, who is competing with Layla, played by Hayfa, to win the heart of Badr, played by Ibrahim. Producer Amer Al-Houmoud hired a Turkish crew to help film part of the serial in Turkey. Fans of this serial created numerous Facebook and Twitter fan pages about the serial the moment it was aired on TV.
