President of Qatar Gymnastics Federation, Ali Al Hitmi

The 10th edition of the Artistic Gymnastics World Cup starts in Doha today in which many of the world's top talents will take part this year.
The top 20 players will compete with 91 other players from 30 countries to win in the four-day event, according to Qatar News Agency (QNA).
President of Qatar Gymnastics Federation, Ali Al Hitmi, said that all preparations for the event tomorrow have been completed and all of the participating delegations have arrived to the Qatari capital. He said that everyone in the federation is keen on making the Doha edition a special one.
The world cup is taking place in just nine countries this season. He referred Qatar's success in hosting 2018 World Artistic Gymnastics Championship to the vision of the country's leadership and the support of President of Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) Shaikh Joaan bin Hamad Al-Thani.
Al Hitmi said the federation is looking to promote gymnastics in Qatar through establishing a number of centers to carry out the sport. He noted that the gymnastics federation has gained great experience in recent years, something that helped it start preparations for today's event three months ago. He expressed his confidence that Qatar is more than ready to host a special edition of the 10th edition that would attract the attention of all lovers of the sport worldwide.
There are a total of four Arab countries participating this year according to the president of Qatar Gymnastics Federation. They are Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Morocco, QNA reported.
