EU-brokered gas talks between Russia and Ukraine on a long-term supply deal due Tuesday in Berlin have been postponed, an EU official told AFP.

"The Berlin trilateral has been postponed" but experts from the three sides will meet in Brussels next week, said a spokesperson for the European Commission, the executive arm of the 28-nation EU.
