Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras

Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras said Monday that his country fought a battle "to the end" to seal a difficult bailout deal with the eurozone that will guarantee financial stability and growth.

"We fought a righteous battle to the end," Tsipras said after 17 hours of talks to produce the deal involving tough austerity measures, adding that the "great majority of Greek people will support this effort."
