French President Francois Hollande said a meeting of the finance ministers from the eurozone on Saturday would be "crucial" to the standoff between Greece and its EU-IMF creditors.

"I consider that the meeting on Saturday is crucial because time is up on June 30" when Greece must pay a huge IMF debt bill, Hollande told reporters at an EU summit early Friday.
