It is up to Greece to make credible proposals in Brussels on Tuesday after Greeks voted 'No' to creditors' bailout terms, the EU's Economic Affairs Commissioner Pierre Moscovici said.

"We await comprehensive, concrete and credible proposals from (new Greek finance minister) Tsakalotos in order to start discussions," Moscovici said as he arrived for an emergency meeting of Eurogroup finance ministers.
