Representatives of Greece's creditors have arrived in Athens and are immediately starting work on a third bailout package for the debt-wracked Greek government, the EU said Monday.

"Teams from the institutions are already on the ground in Athens and work is starting immediately as we speak," European Commission spokeswoman Mina Andreeva told a news briefing.
