A senior US official Monday appealed to negotiators hammering out a nuclear deal with Iran, saying "now is really the time to make the decisions."
But acting State Department spokeswoman Marie Harf also stressed that amid tough talks with global powers Washington was not going to "rush to make a bad deal."
