Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Tuesday that Israel would use "all means" available to end Palestinian violence and that new security measures were planned.

Speaking before parliament, he also warned Palestinian president Mahmud Abbas that he would hold him responsible if incitement led to a further deterioration after nearly two weeks of violence, including a wave of stabbing attacks.
