Medical charity Doctors Without Borders (MSF) accused Washington of "discrepancies" in their accounts of what led to the devastating bombing raid on their hospital in the northern Afghan city of Kunduz.

"Their description of the attack keeps changing -- from collateral damage, to a tragic incident, to now attempting to pass responsibility to the Afghanistan government. The reality is the US dropped those bombs," the charity said in a statement.
