US Secretary of State John Kerry and Cuban counterpart Bruno Rodriguez held a historic meeting in Panama late Thursday on the eve of a Summit of the Americas.
The US State Department's Twitter account published a picture of the two with straight faces as they shake hands, in the first meeting between chief diplomats of both nations since 1958.
