An Israeli settler was stabbed while shopping in a West Bank village Sunday and two alleged Palestinian assailants fled afterwards, the Israeli defence ministry said, in the third attack of the day.
The victim, aged around 50, was stabbed in the stomach but managed to drive to a nearby checkpoint in Nabi Ilyas and was taken for medical treatment, authorities said. He is a resident of the Immanuel settlement in the occupied West Bank.
