Foreign ministers from global powers resumed talks on curtailing Iran's nuclear progamme Wednesday after missing a deadline to reach a framework deal, US officials said.
The ministers from Britain, Germany and the United States were at the talks, accompanied by the political directors from France, China and Russia. It was expected that Iran would join the talks later in the day.
