Iran and six world powers began a final meeting in Vienna on Tuesday, ahead of an expected formal announcement of a deal which will see Tehran scale down its nuclear activities in exchange for relief from sanctions.

The ministerial meeting was being chaired by EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini.
