Ankara - Arab Today
EU foreign affairs chief Federica Mogherini on Monday expressed confidence that the Turkish authorities would receive an agreed package of three billion euros ($3.2 billion) in help for mainly Syrian refugees within a "reasonable" time.
"The talks are ongoing, I am very much confident that the amount that was decided will be there in a reasonable time," Mogherini said after talks with Turkish ministers in Ankara, following reports of delays in disbursing the money agreed in a deal in Brussels on November 29.
