Conservative opposition challenger Andrzej Duda

Conservative opposition challenger Andrzej Duda won Poland's cliffhanger presidential run-off on Sunday, trumping centrist incumbent Bronislaw Komorowski, according to an exit poll by the TVP public broadcaster.

Duda scored 53.47 support ahead of Komorowski, who mustered 47 percent, a result which analysts say could suggest a switch away from the governing centrists and a return to power for Jaroslaw Kaczynski's conservatives in an autumn parliamentary election.
