A car bomb exploded near a hospital in Yemen's rebel-held capital on Wednesday, causing casualties, witnesses said.

The blast went off near Ath-Thawra Hospital in Sanaa, where several attacks claimed by the Islamic State jihadist group have targeted Shiite rebels.
