At least four people were killed and 13 injured Tuesday when a suicide bomber on a motorcycle crashed into the gate of a government office in northwest Pakistan, officials said.

"It was a suicide bomber riding on a motorbike. The death toll could rise," Faisal Shahzad, district police chief of Mardan city where the blast occurred, told AFP.
