Adel Emam recently claimed that there’s an organised campaign against him and his two sons Rami and Mohammed to ruin their reputation. Emam stressed that his son Mohammed did not have a heated exchange of words with director Wael Ihsan, saying, “my son would never have a fight or argue with a director he is working with or any other director, even if they were younger than him; I know how I raised my sons.” Emam added: “I have raised my children to respect their elders, and Ihsan is a good friend a colleague, he directed my film “Bosbos,” and all that’s happened between him and Mohammed was a misunderstanding that ended very quickly.” He continued, “people love to make up stories and make a big deal out of everything only to harm me and my children.” He added, “I can’t point the finger at anyone in particular, but those people are jealous of my success. They won’t find anything in our private lives to use against us, that’s why they use anything from our work life to make something up and harm us.” He explained, “only those who are successful are the ones who are able to talk. But I always advise my sons to ignore rumours as responding to them gives haters an importance.”
