Syrian Armed Forces
Tehran - FNA

Syrian Armed Forces attacked the gathering centers of rebels in Idlib, Lattakia, and Qamishli, leaving a large number of them dead and injured.
A military source told the Syrian Arab news agency that the army soldiers thwarted an infiltration attempt and killed scores of the militants in al-Aliyeh, Balshoun, Kaferlata, Tulb, al-Shwaiha, Abu al-Duhour, Hmaimat al-Dayer and  surrounding al-Bal’a Dam in Idlib.
The army also stroke heavy blow to the insurgents in Khan al-Jouz town in the Northern countryside of Lattakia, leaving many of them dead and injured.
In the meantime, the strongholds of the ISIL Terrorists were raided by the Syrian soldiers in the areas of al-Shaddadi, Tal Hamis and the cement warehouse in Qamishli.
Too many terrorists were killed and their vehicles were destroyed during the operations.
The conflict in Syria started in March 2011, when sporadic pro-reform protests turned into a massive insurgency following the intervention of western and regional states.
The unrest, which took in terrorist groups from across Europe, the Middle-East and North Africa, has transpired as one of the bloodiest conflicts in recent history.
As the foreign-backed insurgency in Syria continues without an end in sight, the US government has boosted its political and military support to Takfiri extremists.
Washington has remained indifferent to warnings by Russia and other world powers about the consequences of arming militant groups.
