Fierce clashes have been renewed between factions of Syrian armed opposition and Daesh terrorist group in southern Damascus, Syrian sources said on Saturday.
Clashes took place in the Palestinian refugee camp of Yarmouk in southern Damascus, leaving scores of people dead from both sides, Sky News channel reported, quoting sources as saying.
Daesh elements advanced towards the southern outskirts of Damascus, sources added.
Clashes coincided with the shelling launched by the Syrian governmental forces on key fighting axes, the sources added.
