At least 10 people were killed and 30 others injured when a booby-trapped car exploded in a market in the northern countryside of Idlib city, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) reported on Sunday.
The London-based monitoring group suggested that the death toll could rise further due to the serious condition of those hurt in the blast.
On Saturday, two simultaneous explosions have rocked Idlib city, killing and wounding scores of people.
