A girl was killed and five people were injured as an explosive device went off in Derkhbiyeh town in Damascus Countryside
SANA reporter quoted a Police Command source as saying that terrorists detonated an explosive device which they had planted near a house in Derkhbiyeh town in al-Keswa area.
The explosion claimed the life of an 18-year-old girl and caused injuries to five persons, in addition damaging the house.
Meanwhile, a mortar shell fired by terrorists left two civilians injured after it hit a residential neighborhood in Jaramana city in Damascus Countryside, according to a Police Command source.
The source told SANA reporter that the mortar shell landed in al-Mazare’ neighborhood in the city, causing injuries to two civilians.
Last Thursday, terrorists targeted Daf al-Sakher neighborhood in Jaramana with a mortar shell, injuring two civilians.
In the same context, a terrorist attack with mortar shells which hit al-Mal’ab roundabout in the city of the northern province of Idleb left two civilians injured.
A source at the Police Command told SANA reporter that terrorists fired several mortar shells which fell on al-Mal’ab roundabout in the city, injuring two civilians and causing material damage to a number of houses and cars
On Friday, four children were injured by mortar shells which hit residential compounds for teachers in the city.
