Syrian singer Samo Zein has finally decided to release his new album after working on it for two years. “El Ward El Ahmar” (Red Roses), produced by “Mazzika”, has songs of various genres. The media adviser to the Mazzika group of companies, Ali Abdel Fatah, revealed that "El Ward El Ahmar” includes nine songs: “Betehlaw fe Enaia” (You’re Getting Prettier In My Eyes), “Ady” (Whatever), “El Ward El Ahmar” (Red Roses), “Helemt Beky” (I Dreamt of You), “Habibi we Ana” (My Beloved and I), “Mostaqell” (Independent), “Fares Ahlamek” (Knight of Your Dreams), “Men Enaia” (I’ll Do Whatever You Want) and “Ana Mostaed” (I Am Ready). The songs were written by Tamer Hussein, Mohamed Hassan and Mohamed Nassar, and the composers are Tamer Hussein, Ahmed Hussein and Islam Zaki. Samo also helped compose the title song “El Ward El Ahmar”. The music distribution was done by Adel Hakki, Wessam Abdel Moniem, Amir Mahrous, Tarek Abdel Gaber, Islam Zaki and Ahmed Wageh. “Betehlaw fe Enaia” and “Helemt Beky” are also remixed. One of the surprises of the “El Ward El Ahmar” album is that Samo Zein performs a duet with Bulgarian singer Tanya Bolven in “Helemt Beky”. Tanya’s manager reportedly approached Samo after hearing of his star status in the Arab world. Samo shoots for the video of “El Ward El Ahmar” in Greece for 3 days with the director Sherif Fransees, reportedly at a cost of $100,000. The clip airs exclusively on Mazzika channels.
