Four Daesh members have been killed by Iraqi troops in Heet city in Anbar, west of Baghdad, according a senior official.
The four terrorists managed to infiltrate into the city where they were spotted and killed by the forces, Heet's mayor Mohamed al Mohamadi told the local TV news channel Al-Sumariya.
They were wearing explosive belts, he said, adding that the situation is stable now in the city, 70km west of Ramadi, the province's capital.
"The city is under the control of security troops and tribes," said the official.
Heet witnessed on Saturday a car bomb blast, that hit a motorcade of a military commander of the army, causing casualties.
