Harper Beckham practices soccer, 'Mia Hamm eat your heart out'

Harper Beckham has already taken to the soccer field.

The 3-year-old daughter of retired English soccer star David Beckham and designer Victoria Beckham practiced the sport with her dad and brothers over the weekend.

David Beckham shared a photo of the toddler in her cleats on Instagram, writing, "Mia Hamm eat your heart out. Harper Seven taking lessons taking lessons from her brothers (oh and her dad)."

Harper Beckham is the only daughter and youngest of the Beckhams' four children. The couple are also parents to 16-year-old Brooklyn, 12-year-old Romeo and 10-year-old Cruz, all of whom play soccer for Arsensal F.C. Academy.

"Harper loves [soccer]," Victoria Beckham told People magazine last week before joking, "It's like a dagger going into my heart! It's very sweet. As much as she is girly, she's a tomboy as well."

David Beckham played for such clubs as Manchester United, Real Madrid and Milan before retiring in 2013. He co-owns an MLS expansion team, which hopes to begin play in Miami in 2016 or 2017.
