After months of breakup rumors and controversy, Johnny Depp and Amber Heard might be getting their happy ending after the all.
People magazine reports the couple is slated to marry next weekend on the 45-acre private island the actor purchased in 2004 for $3.6 million.
The new reports about the couple's impending wedding are consistent with those shared by Us Weekly on Saturday, in which a source said the ceremony would be "really simple."
Depp and Heard, 28, confirmed their engagement in January 2014 after dating for almost two years. This will be the first marriage for Heard and the second for Depp, who wed Lori Anne Allison in 1983. After ending the relationship, Depp famously dated Vanessa Paradis for 14 years. The couple has two children.
