Tunis - Tap

A delegation of Tunisian businessmen will participate in the 3rd architecture and building exhibition "ARCHIBAT 2011," to be held next November 28-December 3 in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. "Archibat 2011," to be attended by 200 companies, will host B2B meetings, workshops and conferences on themes related to building, housing and public works in general. Supervised by the Tunisian Exports Promotion Centre (CEPEX), Tunisian private sector's representatives will have the opportunity to establish business contacts with Ivorian senior officials, professionals and representatives of institutions concerned by construction and housing. The Tunisian experience in the area of social houses' financing and building industry will be presented on the occasion. The Tunisian SOROUBAT company is already present in Ivory Coast in the construction of the northern motorway section and rehabilitation of roads of two industrial areas in Abidjan. Tunisian businessmen seek to benefit from this fair to identify new partnership opportunities and capture market share in this country that is operating major changes in its infrastructure. For Tunisia, which plans to turn more towards African markets, the Ivory Coast is seen as a gateway and a platform to re-export to other African countries such as Mali and Burkina Faso.
