Bahraini Ambassador to France Nasser Mohammed Al Blushi has stated that the kingdom's key strategic position entitles to be a major economic and financial hub in the Gulf region.He also highlighted the tremendous efforts made by the government to put the economy back on track following the regretful incidents that gripped the country last February and March, calling on French companies to launch their investment projects in the kingdom.Speaking as he took part at a meeting of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Lyon, at the invitation of "Unanime Architects and Engineers", which has branches in Manama, Paris, Lyon and Marseille, Ambassador Al Blushi asserted that the kingdom can take advantage of the French companies' expertise to set up ambitious housing projects.On their part, the French officials expressed their keen desire to enhance their cooperation with the kingdom in this regard in order to meet its development aspirations.A number of key personalities and chairmen of French companies attended the meeting in order to be informed on the investment opportunities provided by the kingdom.
