French media group Vivendi is selling its remaining stake in video game publisher Activision for about $876 million, a regulatory filing showed Thursday.
The document filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission said Vivendi would sell its six percent stake, or 41.5 million shares, at $21.25 per share.
The sale will mean Vivendi will be fully divested from the huge game publisher known for "Call of Duty" and other titles.
Vivendi merged with Activision in 2008 but has shifted in recent years to focus on key assets such as Universal Music Group and Canal+, the leading French pay-TV company.
A year ago, Vivendi sold a portion of its Activision shares for $866 million.
