Trinity Holdings, a UAE-based business conglomerate, has signed a co-operation agreement with Integrated Equipment, a USA-based original equipment manufacturer (OEM), to repair, service and distribute Pressure Control Equipment for the upstream oil and gas sector in the Middle East. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed in this regard by Jagdish Shah, Chairman, Trinity Holdings, and Ash Sharma, President, Integrated Equipment, recently in Dubai. The agreement framework will allow Trinity Holdings to combine its engineering capabilities and local knowledge with Integrated Equipment’s manufacturing and global repair service expertise in offering customised solutions for specific requirements of the industry. Commenting on the MoU, Arif Sayani, Managing Director, Trinity Holdings, said: “We are pleased to co-operate with Integrated Equipment to offer our customers an excellent single source for various needs of the oil & gas industry. This agreement will complement and accelerate our already successful service offerings, while contributing to the responsible development of national and regional economy.” “Integrated Equipment strives to broaden and strengthen its existing operation by establishing lasting and mutually beneficial associations worldwide,” said Ash Sharma.
