Sumner, Wash., importer Toysmith is recalling about 30,000 light up soft plastic frogs and ducks with pins that pose a choking hazard, U.S. regulators said. The Consumer Product Safety Commission said the conductor pins on the toys can detach. They are small enough to choke a child, the commission said. The toys are green frogs and pink and yellow ducks that light up when sensors on the bottom touch water. They were imported from China and sold at Cost Plus World Market from July 2012 to December 2012 for about $3. Consumers were advised to take the toys from children and return them to the place of purchase for a full refund. Consumers can call 800-356-0474 for information.
