Shell Lubricants Saudi Arabia has hosted an iftar event attended by 600 clients from the Kingdom. The event was part of Shell’s strategy to enhance and support its strategic partnership with its clients.
Welcoming people to the event, Khalid Yassin, general manager of Shell Lubricants Saudi Arabia, thanked the audience for accepting the invitation, and expressed the company’s appreciation for the strong and long-lasting relationship. He also underlined Shell’s administration aspiration to build a distinguished relationship for a positive future to help serve consumers in the best possible way. He added that the Ramadan meeting captured the company’s concern in continuous communication and strengthening of its strategic partnership with its clients.
He said he was delighted that the company was able to celebrate with its Riyadh, Jeddah, and Alkhobar clients in this way, and pledged that the company would continue in its devotion and loyalty to enhancing communication with customers to build a genuine long lasting partnership.
He added: “The client is our top priority, a valuable asset and a strategic partner in our success that have been achieved in Saudi Arabia.”
Yassin confirmed that the company was keen to achieve the highest customer satisfaction levels, and provide exceptional and unsurpassed service in the Saudi market.
In his speech Yassin demonstrated the newly launched product “Shell Helix Ultra” with “All Pure Plus” technology, a revolution technology innovated by Shell for the production of gasoline engine oils and Shell FastLube service centers.
Yassin concluded his speech by congratulating Shell’s clients on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan and wished everyone all the best.
