Samsung to release open employment system

South Korea's top conglomerate, Samsung Group, said Wednesday it plans to make its employment system more open to job seekers of diverse backgrounds and revise its aptitude exam to improve efficiency in the recruitment process. Samsung said it will commence a new recruitment system this year to hire diverse array of applicants with varying talents, including by giving local college presidents rights to recommend their students directly to the company.
