IKCO Spare Parts and After-sales Service Co., ISACO, ranked first among Iranian service companies. Based on the evaluations done by Iran Standard and Quality Inspection Co., ISACO ranked first in "grade A" Automotive aftermarketing and singled out as "the one and only successful company" in this field in 2012. Head of Iran-Khodro car manufacturing company Javad Najmeddin said, "ISACO had been voted the first after-sales service company among "grade B" companies for the past three years in a row". The company gathered 80.64 points and outranked all other domestic after-sales service companies. According to Najmeddin, the evaluation inspected 36 companies, both domestic carmakers and passenger car importers. The evaluation took place by ISQI, Iran Standard and Quality Inspection Co. for the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade. Quality, speed and cost of services as well as the company's overall performance, based on the customers' satisfaction, were the indices evaluated in the inspection. Evaluation of carmakers' after-sales service took place to determine various parameters in services with the aim of improving after-sales service in the automotive industry. The annual evaluation of auto industry companies has taken place for ten years. Based on the results of these evaluations, car suppliers are ranked every year.
