Saleh Al-Hanaki, CEO of Al-Enmaa Investment Company, said that the company has established a real estate development fund to build a complex at a cost of SR4 billion.
Located in Jeddah’s old airport area, the complex occupies an area of 1,383,345 square meters on the intersection of King Abdullah Road and Al-Haramain Train Station.
The project is likely to be completed by early 2018.
The complex has its modern unique structure that was designed by Hossam Al-Abdulkarim group in alliance with Cal Thorpe, Kranekel, and WPS.
The affiliation with these specialized architecture groups aims to ensure that the complex is full of vital services and modern facilities, allowing residents as well as visitors to enjoy their stay there.
The design of the complex is the first of its kind when compared to other similar projects in Jeddah.
Al-Hijaz Road is constructed to divide the complex from the west to the east, with buildings along the sides, ranging from 20–60 floors each.
The complex includes a central park and a number of gardens, offering sports and entertainment activities as well as services amenities for the residences of the complex.
The latter was designed by Kranekel Co. in cooperation with the Hossam Abdul Karim group, who also supervised the complex’s infrastructure deign by the Canadian company WSP.
The supervision and implementation of the project were assigned to The Arab Center for Engineering Consultancy, a center that has been specialized in the field of engineering consultancy in the Kingdom for nearly thirty years.
Al-Enma Investment Company has appointed Saqefat Al-Safa Real Estate Development and Management Co. to undertake the implementation and marketing of the project.
The latter is known for the development of several distinguished projects in Saudi Arabia, as well as the marketing of other distinctive projects across the country in the last twenty years.
Construction plan began in December 2016, while the marketing and selling of units are expected to start early next year. I
The Sulaymaniyah main station in Jeddah is considered the most important railway junction of the five connecting Al-Haramain train stations, as it links the departure and arrival of a huge number of passengers, which calls for an urgent demand of houses, hotels and various commercial projects, where the need of hotel rooms reach up to 17,000 rooms during the first five years of the train’s launch, and its commercial services or activities.
About 1.5 million visitors and pilgrims are expected to travel through Darb Al-Haramain residential, accommodation, or commercial projects, benefiting from all the surrounding facilities.
The residents of the project will be able to travel to Makkah through Al-Haramain train in about 22 minutes, and to Madinah in an hour and a half, meaning that they will enjoy the possibility of visiting the holy cities on a daily basis.
