Apparel Group, the Dubai-based global fashion and lifestyle retail conglomerate, announced the opening of its first stand-alone Bzees store, at Jeddah’s Red Sea Mall.
Bzees is an athleisure footwear brand from the US, which specializes in comfortable and sporty footwear for men and women.
Artin Malatjalian, general manager of Red Sea Mall, inaugurated the store on May 17.
The event was attended by a large number of shoppers, looking through the store and trying out shoes from the latest collection, while the Bzees team also showcased the product technology of the shoes.
“Launching an independent outlet of Bzees in the Kingdom is a milestone for our company, and we appreciate the partnership to do so with Apparel Group. Until now, Bzees has been available in the Kingdom at Apparel Group stores, such as Naturalizer and Athlete’s Co. Now, we are increasing our reach with independent outlets,” said Janet Carr, senior vice president, Global Business Development at Caleres.
Bzees is a sporty footwear brand designed with unique Cloud Technology that includes free-foam foot-beds, air-infused outsoles and dynamic stretch uppers to give the shoes an unbeatable lightweight and comfortable step.
Bzees is an ideal pair for walking shoes. A new product Sea Dogs is a part of the brands’ latest collection. The shoes have an in-built super drainage system and dynamic stretch material.
The retail market in Jeddah has shown rapid growth over recent years with many international brands vying for a share of its lucrative market. The Group plans to leverage the brand across the Middle East and with the enthusiastic response received from the market.
