Prime Minister Sherif Ismail underlined the importance of Egypt-World Bank cooperation to implement several development and services projects.
During a meeting Tuesday with World Bank vice president for the Middle East Hafez Ghanem, Ismail said he is looking forward to cooperating in suggested domains, especially in the health, housing and sanitation fields.
He said the government and the Central Bank of Egypt have taken drastic measures to realize economic and financial reform.
Ghanem hailed the economic reform measures and the giant development projects.
He stressed that the bank offers all needed support for the government to be able to implement its development program.
He noted that the World Bank is keen on offering soft loans to Egypt.
