Cairo - MENA

New Valley Governor Mohamed Ashmawy asserted that the implementation of development works in the most needy villages in the governorate is going on as scheduled.

The villages of Orouba, Sanaa and Darb el Arbain are listed as the neediest villages.

In a meeting on Saturday, the governor said the development work is implemented by the Armed Forces' Engineering Authority at a cost of 27.8 million pounds.

The development works include establishing a water treatment plant, water networks and extending water lines and paving roads.
