Sharjah - WAM

Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry has expressed its willingness to enhance the economic position of Sharjah by launching smart and innovative services as well as facilitating business practices for the private sector.

The SCCI service, "You Call...We Arrive" is one the chamber’s initiatives aimed to help customers save time and efforts by providing them with a fully equipped van to provide a number of services to carry out transactions in one spot.

Abdulaziz Mohammed Shattaf, Assistant Director-General for Members Services at the SCCI said, "The chamber has achieved 100 percent of the intelligent transformation of key services provided to customers. Our smart services include issuance of membership, certificates of origin, and ratification. The chamber has succeeded in supporting its customers through 'You Call...We Arrive' to cover all the needs and requirements of its customers."

Medhat Mounir, Head of Membership and Certification Services at Sharjah Chamber, said, "The vehicle is equipped with high quality technology to serve the clients: comfortable seats, internet services, chargers, laptops and any services that the customer needs to carry out transactions. The service is available 24/7 all week. Companies can benefit from the services along with free and industrial zones in Sharjah."

The initiative was inaugurated by H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, during "UAE Innovation Week" that took place in Expo Centre Sharjah last year and attended by many officials and directors from institution and government departments in Sharjah.
