Dubai - Arab Today

 Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, on Monday, visited the Arabian Travel Market 2017, which is hosted by the Dubai World Trade Centre, DWTC, for the 24rd year.

He was accompanied by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai.

Sheikh Mohammed toured the exhibition, which occupied nearly 26,500 square metres of the DWTC’s display area, and stopped by some stands that totalled 2,500 representing government and private entities from150 countries including the UAE.

Sheikh Mohammed then stopped by various pavilions including Expo 2020, Emirates, FlyDubai, in addition to various attending country pavilions such as Greece, Oman, and Qatar.

Sheikh Mohammed also stopped by the pavilions of Dubai Parks and Resorts, Sharjah Investment and Development Authority, Ajman Tourism Development Department and other pavilions.

Sheikh Mohammed was also accompanied among others by H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Chairman of Emirates Group, H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Director General of Protocol and Hospitality Department Saeed Sulaiman, and Helal Saeed Almarri, Director General of Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing.
